Flaxseed bars arrive in the UK!
BOOST YOUR HEALTH HOLLYWOOD STYLE WITH THE NEW FLAXSEED 9 BAR FLAXSEED is the latest craze to take over Hollywood and is now available in a tasty snack bar.
The Flax 9 Bar, produced by Wholebake, can help improve hair, skin and nail quality as well preventing arthritis, high cholesterol and even cancer.
Hollywood stars Demi Moore and Hilary Swank are both known fans of flaxseed as well as Carol Vorderman and lifestyle guru Carole Caplin.
The 9 bar is also packed full of sunflower seeds which contain high levels of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids.
As well as flaxseed the tasty snacks also contain hemp, a high quality source of protein, together with all nine essential amino acids, which help to build and repair the body.
Flaxseeds are full of antioxidants which help to cleanse the body as well as lignans which are thought to have anti-cancer properties.

The flax 9 bar is being launched nationwide May 2006 and contains the equivalent of 1000mg of Flax seed oil in each bar.
